‘”पीएम गतिशक्ति” भारत के बुनियादी ढांचे को बदलने के लिए ‘संपूर्ण दृष्टिकोण’ और ‘सहकारी संघवाद’ को शक्ति प्रदान करता है एवं उसे अपनाता है। इसे 13 अक्टूबर 2021 को माननीय प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा लॉन्च किया गया।

पीएम गतिशक्ति का दृष्टिकोण:
1. वर्ष 2025 तक भारत को आत्मनिर्भर बनाना है। देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को 5 ट्रिलियन डॉलर की बनाने के लिए देश भर में मल्टीमॉडल और लास्ट माइल कनेक्टिविटी इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर तैयार करने की जरूरत है। परिवहन का यह मॉडल कम लागत में तैयार होने के बाद देश में निर्यात प्रतिस्पर्धामें बढ़ोतरी देखने को मिलेगी, क्योंकि इससे अर्थव्यवस्था में उच्च निवेश को आकर्षित करने में मदद मिलेगी।

2.  यह देश के विकास में सहायक होगा और इससे रोजगार का सृजन भी होगा।

  हालांकि, एक बेहतर और निर्बाध मल्टीमॉडल परिवहन नेटवर्क तैयार करना आसान काम नहीं है। इसके लिए स्वतंत्र सरकारी विभागों की आवश्यकता होती है, जो आपसी समन्वय से परियोजना का क्रियान्वयन करें। अगर विभाग आपसी समन्वय से कार्य नहीं करेंगे तो परियोजना की गति भी धीमी हो जाएगी और इसका खर्च भी बढ़ जाएगा। इसलिए इस लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने के लिए समग्र योजना बनाने और विभिन्न मंत्रालयों के बीच समकालिक परियोजनाओं के समयबद्ध कार्यान्वयन की आवश्यकता महसूस की गई। आपसी समन्वय के जरिए समय पर बुनियादी अवसंरचना परियोजना का निर्माण कर उन्हें प्रभावी तरीके से लागू किया जा सकता है। यह लंबे समय से चली आ रही समस्याओं जैसे, असंबद्ध योजना, मानकीकरण की कमी, मंजूरी संबंधी चुनौतियों को दूर करने के साथ-साथ समय पर बुनियादी अवसं रचना की क्षमता के निर्माण में मदद करेगा। 

“पीएम गतिशक्ति”  के लक्ष्य

पीएम गतिशक्ति का उद्देश्य संबंधित मंत्रालयों के एकीकृत और समकालिक परियोजना कार्यान्वयन के माध्यम से देश में बुनियादी ढांचे की कमी को दूर करना है। मल्टीमॉडल कनेक्टिविटी तैयार कर देशभर में वस्तुओ की आवाजाही और सेवाओ की क्षमता में सुधार करना है।

“पीएम गतिशक्ति”  के उद्देश्य:

1. योजना के दौरान विभिन्न मंत्रालय तालमेल स्थापित करें। कु शल योजना के माध्यम से विभिन्न परियोजनाओ की समयसीमा को रेखांकित करें।
2.  कुशल परियोजना के अनुमोदन के लिए बेहतरीन डिजाइनों के मानकीकरण को बढ़ावा देना।
3. परियोजना में देरी न हो, इसके लिए सभी एजेंसियां मानकीकृत प्रक्रियाओ को सक्षम बनाएं।

“PM Gati Shakti” Vision

1. India has to be made self-reliant by the year 2025. To make the country’s economy a $ 5 trillion economy, there is a need to create multimodal and last mile connectivity infrastructure across the country. Once this model of transport is developed at low cost, the country will see an increase in export competitiveness, as it will help in attracting higher investment in the economy.

2. It will be helpful in the development of the country and it will also generate employment.

However, creating an efficient and seamless multimodal transport network is not an easy task. For this, independent government departments are required, which should implement the project with mutual coordination. If the departments do not work in coordination, then the pace of the project will also slow down and its cost will also increase. Therefore, to achieve this goal, a need was felt for holistic planning and time-bound implementation of synchronous projects among various ministries. They can be implemented effectively by building timely basic infrastructure projects through mutual coordination. This will help in building infrastructure capacity in time while addressing long-standing problems such as disjointed planning, lack of standardization, approval challenges.

Objectives of “PM Gati Shakti”

PM Gati Shakti aims to address the infrastructure deficit in the country through integrated and synchronized project implementation by the concerned ministries. To improve the efficiency of movement of goods and services across the country by creating multimodal connectivity.

Objectives of “PM Gati Shakti”

1. Establish coordination between different ministries during planning. Outline the timelines of various projects through efficient planning.

2. To promote standardization of best designs for efficient project approval.

3. All agencies should enable standardized procedures to avoid delay in projects.
