CBI ARRESTS ACCUSED PRINCIPAL OF KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA, HARIDWAR

सीबीआई ने केंद्रीय विद्यालय, हरिद्वार के आरोपी प्रिंसिपल को शिकायतकर्ता से 30,000 रु. की रिश्वत मांगने एवं स्वीकार करने के दौरान गिरफ्तार किया
केंद्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) ने केन्द्रीय विद्यालय, भेल(BHEL), रानीपुर, हरिद्वार के आरोपी प्रधानाचार्य को शिकायतकर्ता से 30,000 रु. की रिश्वत मांगने एवं स्वीकार करने के दौरान गिरफ्तार कियाl

सीबीआई ने केन्द्रीय विद्यालय, भेल, रानीपुर, हरिद्वार के आरोपी प्रिंसिपल के विरुद्ध एक शिकायत के आधार पर मामला दर्ज किया, जिसमें आरोप है कि आरोपी ने केन्द्रीय विद्यालय, भेल, रानीपुर, हरिद्वार में गार्ड, स्वीपर एवं माली जैसे संविदा कर्मचारियों से उनकी नौकरी जारी रखने के लिए उनके पर्यवेक्षक (supervisor) के माध्यम से 10,000 रु. प्रति माह की रिश्वत मांगी थीl

आरोपी प्रिंसिपल ने पिछले 10 महीनों के लिए 08 कर्मचारियों हेतु 80,000/- रु. की रिश्वत की मांग की (लगभग 1,000/- रु. प्रति व्यक्ति प्रति माह)। परस्पर बातचीत के पश्चात, आरोपी, रिश्वत की राशि को 50,000-60,000/- रु. तक कम करने पर सहमत हो गया।

सीबीआई ने जाल बिछाया एवं आरोपी को 30,000 रु. की रिश्वत की आंशिक राशि मांगने एवं स्वीकार करने के दौरान रंगे हाथों पकड़ा।

सीबीआई ने आरोपी के आवासीय एवं आधिकारिक परिसरों की तलाशी ली, जिसमें कुछ आपत्तिजनक दस्तावेज बरामद हुए। आरोपी को आज सक्षम न्यायालय के समक्ष पेश किया जाएगाl

Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested accused Principal of Kendriya Vidyalaya, BHEL, Ranipur, Haridwar while demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs. 30,000/- from the complainant.

A case was registered by CBI on a complaint against accused Principal, Kendriya Vidyalaya, BHEL, Ranipur, Haridwar on allegations that accused demanded a bribe of Rs. 10,000/- per month from the contractual workers like Guard, Sweepers and Gardners for continuation of their Job in Kendriya Vidyalaya, BHEL, Ranipur, Haridwar; through their supervisor.

The accused Principal demanded a bribe of Rs. 80,000/- to be paid to him for 08 workers for the last 10 months (approx. Rs 1,000/- per person per month). After negotiation, accused agreed to reduce the bribe amount to Rs. 50,000-60,000/-.

CBI laid a trap and caught accused red-handed while demanding and accepting the bribe amount of Rs. 30,000/- as part payment.

Searches were conducted by CBI at the residential and official premises of the accused which led to recovery of certain incriminating documents. Accused will be produced before the Competent Court today.

Investigation is continuing.
