The Central Bureau of Investigation has arrested a Director of Private Company based at Durg (Chhattisgarh); his son and then Statutory Auditor of the said private company in on-going investigation of a case.             CBI has registered the instant case on the orders of the Hon’ble Calcutta High Court (in WPA 13616/2021) and took over the investigation of FIR No. 02 of 2021 dated 02.01.2021 earlier registered at Police Station Burtolla, Kolkata (West Bengal).
